Frenchette Bakery occupies the lobby of the historic Merchant's Square Building on Church Street in Tribeca.  The bakery exists as a series of alcoves, each with it's own unique purpose.  The pallette is simlutaneously new and old.  Fold-down tables accomodate guests, while the hot and cold prepration spaces occupy deep alcoves to acccomodate all of the functions of this modern day bakery.
