Upper West Side Apartment is a 680 SF, one bedroom residence in a building bordering the Hudson River on Riverside Boulevard.  The renovation consisted of a complete overhaul of the apartment, with new flooring, walls, millwork, and furniture. Crafted of oak, a stepped cabinet detail used in both the kitchen, Living Room and Bedroom creates unique and efficient millwork. Routed pulls seamlessly integrate into closet doors.  The small footprint of the apartment lends itself to a multi-use shared space. Kitchen cabinetry with a pale green stone counter travels into the living space to become a desk. A vintage elevator coffee table rises to dining height. New furniture, including a BDDW sofa and Kieran Stump pair well with Penguin Chairs designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen from Goods We Love. Woven window treatments from Hiroko Takeda provide a calming buffer from the bustle of Manhattan.
